The Heidi Motel in Helen exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were super soft. We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to a little market and the fact that we could easily walk to all the attractions in town. We also appreciated the affordable rates and the beautiful grounds. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find a place that met our preferences.

Great location, walking distance to downtown and no need to pay for parking. the rooms were clean and updated, with no carpet which was a plus for allergies. the beds were tall but comfortable, and the room had plenty of lighting. Loved the code entry doors, no need for a key. it was a very convenient and comfortable stay.

The ironing accommodations could be improved. the ironing board was small and had a loose cover that kept coming off.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of town. The staff, especially Wanda, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate our request for a room on the second floor. The room itself had a tasteful distressed theme that made it feel upscale yet rustic. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water, and the vanity area was spacious with a big mirror. The exterior of the facility was clean and attractive, blending well with the town. a very enjoyable visit, thanks to the staff and the facility.

I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a very cute and charming exterior. the room we stayed in was quite spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. the cleanliness of the room was also impressive. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the shops and entertainment in town. We also enjoyed sitting outside and people-watching on the swings provided.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the TV reception in our room was very fuzzy and the WiFi connection was unreliable, which made it difficult to watch anything or use our devices.

We got great value for our money at the Heidi Motel - Helen. The room in the top floor of the windmill was adorable and had a cozy fireplace, microwave, and fridge. The hotel had a charming atmosphere and was nicely decorated. The location was perfect, as we could walk to everything and there was a wonderful bakery and breakfast place right across the street. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us upon arrival.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering breakfast for guests.
