Loved the welcoming and helpful staff, the clean and comfortable room, and the beautiful woodwork throughout the property. the location was great, with communal spaces like the kitchen and lobby looking fantastic. Enjoyed meeting other guests at the communal breakfast table and the relaxed atmosphere of the stunning lounge.

Had to wait for the water to heat up in the jacuzzi, which was a bit of a hassle. Some areas could use better upkeep for a more seamless experience.

I always stay here. the staff printed my boarding pass. Great place with Free Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi, massages, cycling, and skiing. All I need: 24-hour security, flat-screen TV, shared kitchen, express check-in/out, air conditioning, no smoking. Coming back for New Year!

All was fine during our stay.

We stayed in a cozy place with a well-equipped kitchen where we could have a nice coffee every day. every day there was fresh fruit and sweet pastry available. the location is nice, and it is close enough to move around to touristic attractions safely. We liked the decor and the overall feel of the place.

The internet connection was low, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the water boiler or some water system in the room, but it stops at night when everyone is sleeping, and it's better after that.
