Extremely helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, clean rooms, great location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location close to the metro stations and various restaurants I was planning to try. It was conveniently situated between the 2 main squares, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The room was quite small and got hot at times. The noise from the roads was a bit bothersome, so we couldn't open the windows.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with daily clean towels. The breakfast provided was ample and varied, with a good variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local transportation and within walking distance to many local attractions. I particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the castle, Barrio Alto for dining and drinks, and Libertad for shopping. There was also a great coffee shop nearby with delicious food and coffee at affordable prices.

They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even offering complimentary breakfast and helping me with my luggage. the hotel's location was perfect, close to great restaurants and within walking distance to the main attractions of the city.

The size of the room. It was a bit small and felt a little cramped.

During our Xmas stay, we really liked the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist and made us feel welcome. the location was also a major plus, with shops, cafes, and local attractions all within easy reach. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

The room and bathroom were a bit on the small side, lacking space for storing luggage and clothes. the bathroom doors were not functional, as they opened towards the center of the bathroom, which was inconvenient.

I stayed at a hotel in a central location in Lisbon. The staff were very helpful, especially Frederico who went the extra mile to show me the transport lines. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe and surrounded by an amazing team ready to make things comfortable and easy for me. Despite the noise, I still recommend this hotel for its location, value, and service. I had a pleasant stay.

Located in the heart of the historical city, our hotel was surrounded by lively squares, restaurants, and shops in three unique neighborhoods. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the helpful service and appreciated the free walking tour provided. Breakfast included plenty of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, overlooking the sea while still enjoying the quiet.

Although some of the rooms had issues with noise, our room was quiet and well-insulated.

Had a great Easter stay! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main sights in the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a good selection of hot and cold options. And the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The shower was a bit slippery, so it would have been helpful to have a rubber mat to prevent any accidents.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from all the noisy hustle and bustle. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit, ensuring we made the most of our time in the city.

The dining room was a letdown. It was small, crowded, and not very pleasant.
