We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was near many areas of Brooklyn and close to many Metro stations, which made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. The neighborhood was quiet and had a cool vibe, with a series of fine eateries to choose from. The staff provided excellent service, from checking in to the housekeepers who kept our room tidy and comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities, such as the welcome drink, room amenities, and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to several Metro stations, making it easy for us to explore many areas. Additionally, the neighbourhood was quiet and had a great selection of eateries. The service was excellent, as well. We appreciated the dry cleaning/laundry and welcome drink. The room amenities were also convenient; we especially enjoyed having a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The free toiletries and dryer were a nice surprise. The flat-screen TV and cable/satellite television provided entertainment during our downtime. We also loved the parquet floor. The continental breakfast was excellent, especially the bar/lounge area. It was a great spot to grab a quick snack.

We had a bit of trouble finding our reservation at first and thought the staff seemed preoccupied with their computer screens. However, from checking-in to housekeeping, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located near my daughter and son-in-law. The room was quiet and had a great bathroom shower. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the muffins. Despite facing a major road, the room remained peaceful.

Although the sheets were stained and the headboard had makeup smears, we were too tired to request a room change. This was not acceptable considering the price we paid for a one-night stay.

The hotel had great decorations and style in the rooms, which were also well-equipped with nice shampoo and conditioner. the location was perfect for exploring other parts of Brooklyn on foot, with easy access to the subway for Greenpoint and Manhattan. the bus stop right outside made it convenient to visit Red Hook and Bushwick.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, even though we checked in more than an hour after the designated time. We had to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes without any offers or refreshments.
