I was able to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities and services that made my stay even more enjoyable. From the luxurious spa to the delicious dining options, I was thoroughly impressed with everything this hotel had to offer.

On my birthday, they surprised me with balloons, a bottle of champagne, and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. The hotel's decor, bed linens, and service were all top-notch. We truly felt like we received more than what we paid for. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or special occasions. The service was impeccable - caring, foreseeing everything, and the staff was subtle and supportive. The concierge and butlers organized everything for us in a delicate and concise manner. The gastronomic experience at L’Ecrin surpassed many Michelin 3-star restaurants. The bed and sheets were extremely comfy, and the Brasserie Restaurant offered amazing food and ambiance.

The rooms were beautifully designed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city. the breakfast selection was outstanding, with delicious pastries that we couldn't get enough of.

One thing we didn't like was that the USB ports in the room were only on one side of the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Another minor issue was that the ironing of our clothes wasn't done very well, but the staff quickly apologized and even gave us a bottle of champagne to make up for it.
