I gotta say, Travelodge in Dunsmuir really delivered on value for money. The room was spacious and had a great view of the forest, plus the bed was super comfortable. The location was convenient, right off the highway but surprisingly quiet, and the staff treated me like family.

As for breakfast options, I wish they had more variety.

The room colors and décor were attractive. The price was excellent. The layout of the compact room was efficient. The reading chair with footstool was fantastic and comfortable. The hotel had a nice view of the hill on the other side of the interstate. The traffic noise was muted due to well-insulated walls. The staff at the diner, which also served as the office, were very friendly. The diner was open 24/7, which was convenient. The hotel was close to the highway ramps and had easy access to fun activities on Mount Shasta and great fishing spots.

I recently stayed at Travelodge for a quick weekend getaway. The staff, particularly Isaac, was incredibly friendly and personable. The highlight was definitely Penny's, the 24-hour diner located just steps away from the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, making it so convenient to grab a bite whenever we wanted. The hotel itself is newer and not crowded, with a great view of the mountains. Check-in was a breeze and the room was comfortable, with a fantastic bed and a well-functioning cooling system. I had a terrific experience at this hidden gem.

The location was convenient for exploring Mt Shasta and nearby attractions. Penny’s diner on-site provided delightful meals and friendly service.

The hotel's location right off the freeway was convenient for easy access. Additionally, having the option of dining at the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food, was a major plus.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge in Dunsmuir for two nights while traveling. The hotel is conveniently attached to Peggy's Diner, which was a unique and enjoyable check-in experience.
