We loved the North Loop's proximity to downtown, allowing us to easily walk to Washington Avenue. There were several restaurants and a convenient store just across the street, making it a convenient location. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was a great start to the day. It was great to have secure parking and facilities for our car. The area had a variety of shops, restaurants, and craft breweries to explore.

The staff, especially Natasha at the front desk, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our night worry-free. The room was beautiful and immaculate, with very comfortable beds, sheets, and pillows. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of choices. The location was perfect, with easy access to the river walk and other key attractions. this hotel provided a great value for the money.
