I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was on point! The room was clean, comfortable, and totally worth it. The location was great too, with an awesome view of Brooklyn at night. The staff treated me well, with friendly and welcoming service.

The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant staff were amazing, and the housekeeping staff were really friendly, considerate, and professional. The lobby was welcoming and the receptionists greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff made my stay enjoyable and provided peace of mind during a difficult time. The location was nice, and the hotel had nice big beds.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, situated perfectly between the best of Manhattan and Brooklyn. the hotel also had friendly and helpful staff who greeted me warmly and made me feel at home.

One downside of the hotel was that the nearest subway stop was not very direct into Manhattan, requiring a few connections. This made it slightly inconvenient when I wanted to get into the city quickly.

Clean and brand new, Hilton Brooklyn offers a great location. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with a calming and quiet atmosphere. The service was mostly responsive, with friendly staff members. The breakfast, though lacking variety, was of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom was super clean, the room was perfect, and the view of Brooklyn at night was great. The staff were all excellent and friendly. The internet connection was good, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel provided enormous bath towels, which was a pleasant surprise.

It is also easy to explore the surrounding neighborhoods and is within walking distance to downtown, where you can find many stores. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with triple-paned windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and has a welcoming lounge area.

The consistency and quality of service impressed us, thanks to Mr. Paul Swartz's hiring practices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Even though the view wasn't the best, the easy access to the hotel made up for it. The bar area served delicious food and drinks, and the bartender, Marcelle, provided excellent service during our meeting. we had a truly amazing time and can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a convenient breakfast option that we could easily order and pick up. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with several subway stops just 2-3 blocks away, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the availability of parking and the hotel's proximity to transportation options.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff members were friendly and made me feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I particularly want to thank Veronica for her amazing help. the breakfast buffet was spectacular, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. I booked an executive suite but was not informed about the executive lounge and its offerings until the last night, which was quite disappointing.
