the loft had a charming vibe, but it was absolutely freezing in the evenings with no proper heating. and the dim lighting? let’s not even go there. as a discerning guest, I expected a complimentary upgrade or something special for suffering in those conditions, but apparently that was too much to ask. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.
