The location of this hotel is fantastic - right on the beach! the wide beach and the boardwalk are within walking distance of restaurants and shops, making it very convenient. the staff here is helpful and on the ball, always making sure everything is in order. Monica at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the pools are well-kept, and the beach spot is perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bathroom - a nice touch for unwinding after a long day exploring the area.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level on the balconies of the ocean-view rooms due to machinery and staff activities at ground level. It would be great if the attendants at the Tiki Bar and around the pool were more attentive to customers' needs.

The hotel's location in Virginia Beach, only 30 km from Norfolk International Airport, made it an ideal transit spot during my travels. The property's amenities, including the two outdoor pools and the private gazebo, provided a much-needed respite during my short stay.
