I had a fantastic girls' weekend at Omni! The lobby restaurant served delicious French toast, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. The front desk clerk was accommodating and genuinely cared about the noise issue caused by neighboring guests. We enjoyed the refreshing fruit infused water in the lobby each day, and the rooftop pool & bar offered a beautiful view. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nightlife and downtown attractions. Room service was tasty, and the employees were all very friendly. I also loved the Nest toiletries provided.

We really appreciated the efficient room service, clean rooms, and great amenities such as the poolside snack bar, fitness centre, and sauna. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were also nice touches that enhanced our comfort. We especially loved the gorgeous sun terrace, where we could relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings.

Celebrated Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel in downtown. the staff were friendly and provided two complimentary bottles of water. the hotel was conveniently located near entertainment venues and offered a great view of the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.

The price seemed high for the status of the hotel, and the WiFi was unreliable. Although there were some unique amenities, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of the price.

Staff helpful, allowed early check-in. Upgraded to executive suite, complimentary wine and cheese. Amazing customer service. Will return!
