Comfortable room, attentive staff, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable, especially with the excellent rooftop pool that offered stunning views while I savored a tasty breakfast from the coffee shop on-site.

Couldn't ask for more.

The Omni Austin Hotel Downtown offers a central location and exceptional service, but the rooms could use some updates. my Deluxe King Room felt small and had a musty smell. While the staff was helpful and accommodating, the lack of complimentary amenities like breakfast and slow Wi-Fi was a downside. Great for business travelers needing a central spot but may not meet expectations for a lavish stay.

Bed was uncomfortable. bathroom design was frustrating.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, featuring incredible lighting perfect for makeup, along with a rooftop bar and pool offering a great view of the city.

Prime Downtown Location, Rooftop Pool Experience, Unique Architectural Design

High parking fees are just outrageous!!! Room maintenance is seriously lacking with poor air conditioning!!! The confusing elevator access is an inconvenience!!! Fewer dining options inside the hotel would make exploring outside easier!!! Fix the bathroom design!!!

I experienced a lack of communication when I arrived early. I waited four hours in the lobby for my room to be ready, only to find out that it had been available for some time. Also, I encountered an issue when a staff member entered my room without permission to check the minibar. This was unexpected for me. Overall, the stay didn't meet my expectations. I had hoped for a different experience while traveling from New York.

the bed was so uncomfortable, those pillows were basically pancakes! and don’t even get me started on the lack of complimentary internet, seriously! as a guest, I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, but nope! just doesn’t cut it. almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

My stay in a deluxe king room was excellent. the personalized service from staff, especially from kristen who shared great recommendations, truly exceeded my expectations. the ambience in the evening while walking around the hotel felt perfect, making it a memorable experience. i'm looking forward to returning soon.

Be sure to explore the rooftop pool area in the evenings for a lovely ambiance, but arrive early for better seating options.

We loved how close it was to everything! Super easy to stroll around and hit up local spots. The coffee shop in the lobby was a nice touch for quick breakfast bites. Just wish the rooftop pool was a bit bigger, especially on weekends. The views from up there were amazing, though!
