We loved the amazing view from our window, with the Reunion Tower right outside. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. The pool area was inviting for both kids and adults, and we enjoyed the delicious cocktails and grill items. The on-site restaurants, like Herrera's, were excellent. The hotel's cowboy chic art and decor added a unique touch, and the location was perfect for easy access to freeways and downtown attractions.

We felt completely comfortable during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

My wife and I stayed at Omni Hotel for one night to celebrate her 70th birthday. The entire hotel was incredible, with a five-star Vegas-like ambiance. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed delicious meals from Texas Spice and the bar area. The spacious rooms provided a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The view, pool, and hot tub were also enjoyable, and the facility was beautiful. We had a smooth experience with parking, and the pool restrooms were always clean. it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel during our recent trip and were highly impressed. The hotel is centrally located in a prime area, right by the conference center in downtown. This made it extremely convenient for us, as we were attending a competition held at the adjoining convention center. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly bell staff to the attentive housekeepers. We were particularly impressed with the level of customer service from upper-level management, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. We took advantage of the spa treatments and were thoroughly pampered. The facilities also included a heated outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a variety of restaurants and a bar/lounge area. We enjoyed delicious meals and drinks, all accompanied by exceptional service. our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it.

I attended a competition at the adjoining convention center and stayed at the beautiful Omni. The hotel and restaurant staff were amazing, transportation was easy to access, and the hotel restaurants had amazing food at great prices. We spent the entire weekend enjoying the delicious food and didn't feel the need to leave the hotel. The attention to my reservation request, guest safety procedures, cleanliness, and view from my room were all exceptional. The comfortable bed and great breakfast made for an amazing stay.

Beautiful view from room with tall windows. Helpful concierge solved many problems patiently. Fun, entertaining vibe with music in the evening. Clean room with perfect view. Phenomenal breakfast buffet and awesome sports bar and grill. Great location near AT&T Discovery District.

This hotel is in a prime area, close to the convention center in downtown. The rooms offer a great view of downtown, which adds to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities, such as towels and coffee, are provided. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and spacious rooms with modern features.

The hotel had floor to ceiling windows, providing fantastic views of the city. The location was great, close to downtown attractions, nightlife, and sports venues. The staff, especially Jack at the front desk, provided a warm welcome and made my stay enjoyable.

The view from our room at the Omni was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the entire Dallas skyline, it was truly mesmerizing. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the in-room fridge and accessible microwave on the first floor. The convenience of having the convention center attached to the hotel was a major plus, making it so easy to get to our volleyball games without hassle. The complimentary drinks for members and the courtesy late checkout were a nice touch as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and convenience.

The food and beverage options were outstanding, with amazing meals that left us satisfied and impressed. The staff showed genuine hospitality, from the front desk to the talented bartenders who kept us busy. The hotel's key location, connected to the nearby convention center, made it incredibly convenient, especially when it was pouring rain outside.

The WiFi in the rooms was terrible, with constant connection issues that made it impossible to get work done. Additionally, there was a severe lack of plugs in the room, making it difficult to charge devices. These issues were disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

The location of the hotel was good with easy access to multiple restaurants, which was convenient. The room was clean with a nice bathroom, including a full-blast shower and TV embedded in the mirror. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice choice of all types of foods with an excellent restaurant in the Spice, although the bar & grill at the pool was only open on Fridays - Sundays. The gym and pool facilities were great with big machines and well-maintained.

The housekeeping was inconsistent with robes and towels taken before the final night.

The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also very relaxing, and the poolside snack bar served delicious snacks. this hotel was fantastic! We couldn't ask for anything more. The staff provided exceptional customer service, the location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!
