Stunning views and a prime spot for city exploration

I enjoyed breathtaking skyline views from my room, with the Manhattan skyline and iconic landmarks just a short stroll away; everything from Central Park to Rockefeller Center is easily accessible, making it perfect for my weekend walks, and the hotel has modern and clean rooms that provide comfort, although breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Stunning views from the 28th floor, especially of the Empire State Building—unforgettable. The room was spotless, comfy beds, and daily housekeeping maintained a high standard. USB ports and a spacious fridge were thoughtful touches. Staff surprised my daughter for her birthday, a nice gesture. Waiting over 30 minutes is beyond frustrating. Breakfast options were adequate but lacked variety; the area gets crowded. The entrance needs attention—messy front and dirty glass doors were disappointing. while the hotel has great potential, aspects like the elevator service and breakfast experience must improve to meet expectations. For nearly $300 a night, I expected better.

The room felt cramped, making it hard to move around. The air conditioning was annoyingly loud and dripped at night, creating a slippery bathroom hazard. Plus, we went days without housecleaning, which seriously dampened our stay. Not ideal at all.

I was blown away by the breathtaking views from our room on the 45th floor! The location was perfect, with attractions just a walk away and quick access to subway lines. Each morning started right with a delicious breakfast that fueled our NYC adventures!

Temperature control was a bit tricky, as the air conditioning unit was quite loud, reminiscent of a jet engine. The view from the 27th floor was breathtaking, overlooking downtown and the waterfront. The shower had ample pressure and came stocked with essentials. A fridge was a nice touch to keep drinks cool. the room felt cramped for four people, lacking space for luggage. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was a minor inconvenience. the comfort was decent despite a few drawbacks.

Room was super comfy and clean with awesome city views. It had a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a nice seating area. Breakfast was included, and we found it to be pretty good. Location was perfect, near subways and dining. The gym was decent too. Great value for city life.

The views from the room are stunning. The staff at the reception are friendly and eager to help, especially Yessenia, who really knows her stuff.

The breakfast setup is chaotic and leaves much to be desired.

Hyatt Place New York Chelsea offers a superb location near numerous subway stations, shops, and dining options, making exploring the city effortless. The stunning views from my room complemented the comfortable king-size bed, and the friendly staff always enhanced my experience with their helpfulness.
