I recently stayed at a hotel near the port in August and had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs as a solo traveler. The valet service was quick and efficient, and the room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in the area. I felt safe as a single female traveler, and the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the view from my 6th-floor room, where I could see the cruise ships coming in and there was even an outlet mall across the street. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

Great central location, close to museums and reasonably priced. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Helpful and friendly valet staff. Convenient on-site bar and restaurant with reasonable prices. Comfortable bed and nice full body shower in the loft room. Drawbacks: Construction in front of the hotel and alternate parking facility are inconvenient. No microwave in the loft room. Entertainment cabinet door broken off and no view from the loft room. Inconsistent communication from the hotel.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. The ongoing construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the rear street entrance provided easy access.

Great location in walking distance of Riverwalk outlet mall and restaurants on Fulton. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff, including friendly service from Ryan at the on-site eatery. The availability of nearby attractions such as Harrah's Casino and World War II museum is a plus. Staff members like Margarita, James, Doris, Angelo, and Jamal made for a pleasant stay.

Our hotel's location near the river and convention center made exploring the city convenient. The staff was helpful in giving us directions to the parades. The spacious room and clean bathroom and friendly service were enjoyable. The breakfast and amenities are perfect for families.

I loved the complimentary book of the famous writer that I found in my room. It gave me a chance to read about a city's history and culture. It's a nice gesture that made me feel more welcome. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Omni Riverfront in New Orleans for a short business trip. The hotel provided nice, modern accommodations with clean rooms and a pleasant staff. The location was great, and I found a great price for my stay. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous, and the bar was a nice place to unwind. The older female bartender was amazing, keeping everyone talking and laughing. I appreciated the sense of security provided by the security guards and valet attendants, and the fact that you needed a key to use the elevator. The parking lot was conveniently located within walking distance, which was a unique feature that I haven't found elsewhere. a nice and quaint hotel with an old New Orleans feel and contemporary flair.

We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was superb, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location was perfect, as it was across the street from a mall and close to the Cruise port and Convention Center. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in this city. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options. Being able to walk to Bourbon Street and the trolley connections was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel was well-maintained and had a modern design, making for a pleasant stay.

One major disappointment was the unreliable WiFi. Despite multiple attempts to connect, only one device was able to access it.
