We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated at the top of a steep hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Despite the hill, it was in a nice and safe neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a well-appointed bathroom with great toiletries. We also appreciated the amenities in the room such as the mini-fridge, TV, and in-room safe. The pools were clean and a good size, and there was plenty of seating available. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious with a wide variety of options. We were impressed with the staff who were polite and accommodating, and many of them spoke English. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure room after we checked out and provided us with clean towels and toiletries when we returned. our experience at this hotel was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel has an incredible rooftop pool with a stunning view of Salvador. The sunset from there is a must-see, and they even offer free caipirinhas and non-alcoholic drinks during this time. The bedrooms are comfortable with good beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel in Salvador. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The hotel is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Despite some minor drawbacks like noise and internet issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very noisy, with loud music from the area below the hotel that continued late into the night. the drainage was also a problem in the sink and toilet with no signs indicating not to put paper in the toilet.
