The staff was incredibly friendly, and the social hour with free drinks and tasty appetizers truly stood out during my stay.

Disappointed with the area outside the room. had to cross a parking lot to access facilities, which was inconvenient.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during my stay, so I missed that relaxation. Also, the shower head was stuck in place, making it a bit inconvenient to adjust mid-wash. I encountered some maintenance issues too. the toilet in my room had flushing problems which were quite annoying, especially with a limited time frame as I was only there for a night. The layout of the breakfast area was a challenge, too. it felt cramped during peak hours.

The breakfast area was far too small for the hotel size, making it impossible to find a seat during peak hours. Food selection was limited, and the offerings felt subpar compared to other chains. Additionally, the maintenance issues were frustrating. our toilet was not flushing properly, and the maintenance staff seemed overwhelmed, questioning why we had a non-flushing toilet during our stay. This was incredibly inconvenient and affected our overall enjoyment.

The front desk staff greeted me with a smile , and they seemed to genuinely care about our needs. I liked the spacious family suite. it was perfect for napping babies and had some western decor that was nice.

But it sure wasn’t inexpensive for what we got, kinda disappointing.

My stay didn't meet my expectations. The pool closed too early, and I found dirty sheets in one of the beds. The staff took a long time to respond to the issue. The breakfast options lacked variety, and the WiFi connection was weak. I was hoping for a better experience. As someone who enjoys country music, I wanted to wind down in comfort but couldn't. I stayed here on 2024-05-15.

the staff at the oxford hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. i loved the social hour with free drinks and snacks – such a nice touch! the breakfast was always cooked perfectly to my liking, and the cozy environment made me feel right at home.

The staff were friendly and welcoming the evening soup and salad bar was a great surprise the rooms had comfy beds and were equipped with a microwave and fridge that made things easy for us parking was hassle-free too
