As backpackers, we loved the heated bathroom floor, heated toilet seat, and built-in bidet. The lobby was impressive, and the hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city.

During our stay in the Bay Area, we had the pleasure of experiencing a luxury hotel with a long history of fine service and amenities. The location was ideal, only a short walk down to the ballpark and close to the bay. The common areas were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and quality service. The breakfast options were delicious, and the view was breathtaking. We were impressed by the facilities offered to guests, including a pool and hot tub, and various restaurant options.

The one downside to our stay was the lack of quick response to a request for an additional bathrobe.

We loved this place for our business trip! It's in a quiet financial district, but within easy reach of the BART station. The service couldn't have been better with room service, 24-hour housekeeping, grocery shopping, tours, doctor on call, and more. The staff was amazing and welcomed us with drinks upon arrival. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and had lots of amenities, even a turndown service. The dining was excellent, and entertainment options were available too. The leisure facilities were a great way to unwind, including a pool, solarium, and massages.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the sights of the city with ease. The hotel itself is quite impressive, with a stunning hall and eating area that make a grand first impression. The gym facilities are brilliant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our workouts during our stay. The concierge staff were also incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the indoor pool was consistently cold, making it unpleasant to swim in.

The facilities were nice and the location was great for accessing major sights. We received two complementary drinks upon arrival and a free shuttle to the airport.

The noise level was unbearable at night, making it difficult to sleep. , the staff seemed to cater more to business groups than leisure travelers, resulting in crowded public areas and increased room rates during peak business events.
