I enjoyed a three-course brunch with delightful Lobster Benedict and Smoked Salmon. The buffet felt a bit lacking, but the views were amazing. The location was convenient, as I could easily explore the area. I had a unique experience going to a restaurant recommended by the concierge, but it turned out to serve no steaks. That was disheartening. Traveling from Rome, I found the overall atmosphere comforting.

The views from the suite were just jaw-dropping! Chilling at Asiate with brekkie while watching Central Park was a highlight—lekker food too! The staff were super friendly, made us feel right at home, especially the chommies at reception.

Only downside was the check-in took a bit longer than expected, had to wait before getting our room. But still, enjoyed our stay overall!

Room was awesome with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom. Bathrobe was comfy. Enjoyed the fitness center with spa facilities, sauna, and indoor pool. Restaurant had stunning views, but service was a bit off. Loved that they had complimentary chocolates and coffee. 10/10 on comfort!

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and a bar/lounge area. I'll never forget how the staff assisted me with directions during my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying the spa treatments while you're here! I'm returning for another holiday.
