I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was lovely and the location was perfect, just a few blocks from Lincoln Center. The staff was incredibly polite and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could have been better with a casual lounge option for hotel guests to grab a drink without requiring reservations.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely attentive and took care of all my needs, from helping with bags to providing a place to change after check-out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a magnificent shower, and the views from the Sunday breakfast were breathtaking. I will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin in a perfect location near Central Park. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and professional. The river view from my room was stunning, even on a rainy weekend. The breakfast options, both in-room service and at the dining room, were plentiful and well presented. The hotel's proximity to shopping, Lincoln Center, and Central Park made it a great choice for exploring the city.

The staff at Mandarin Oriental were exceptional, from the doormen to the concierge to the restaurant staff. The room had a beautiful view and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with a great selection of bath products. The complimentary amenities, such as dates, fruits, and a coffee machine, were a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to midtown and a nearby mall. our stay was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

I had an incredible stay at this luxury hotel. The doormen were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The lobby, concierge, and restaurant staff treated me like a VIP. The room had a breathtaking view, just like the picture I saw before booking. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, clean, and had a fantastic shower. The hotel also provided complimentary goodies each day, such as dates, fruits, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. The location was perfect, right in the heart of midtown and connected to a nearby mall. I definitely plan on coming back for another magnificent stay.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, right in the heart of the city. The views from the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, offering a stunning sight of the cityscape. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay feel all the more pleasant.

I recently spent 4 nights at Mandarin Oriental and loved every moment. The service was absolutely amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The facilities, especially the pool and sauna, were fantastic and never crowded. The views from our room were truly breathtaking, and we enjoyed dining at the superbly designed Asiate restaurant and The Office Bar. The hotel's location in Columbus Circle was also very convenient.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was on point. The room was super nice and had all the fancy stuff you'd expect. Plus, the location was prime for exploring the city. And the staff? Top-notch service, from the bell boy to the manager, they made us feel like VIPs.

Breakfast offerings could use a little improvement. Waiting in line for more than half an hour is not my idea of a good time.
