The Palm Suites is a familiar spot for us, offering great experiences usually. The location is ideal, with a clean room, friendly staff, and close proximity to the beach and restaurants. However, the lack of covered smoking areas and a few room issues like poor lighting and thin walls were disappointing. Despite this, the unexpected rudeness of the staff was a new and unwelcome experience.

I loved how convenient this place was, with public beach access just across the street and various shops and restaurants within a short stroll, making it so easy to enjoy strolls along the coast and discover the vibrant local scene; the picnic area and docks were a fantastic bonus for spending quality time with family, and the pool offered pretty views that made relaxation a joy. The rooms were clean and equipped with useful amenities, but the service had some hiccups, like the missing breakfast that was advertised.

Charming spot, ideal for families. The location is excellent—easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Loved the docks and picnic area; great for kids. The view from the pool is picturesque. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette; however, cleanliness in the bathroom could improve. Appreciated the ample outlets for devices. Customer service excelled; responsive when we faced minor issues. The older building has been nicely renovated, but some furnishings feel dated. Noise from the outside was minimal, yet the air conditioning was somewhat loud. Despite small issues, it offers significant value and a pleasant experience. A solid choice for an enjoyable getaway. I'd return.
