As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to various food and shopping options. The hotel also provided easy access to Buck Roe beach, only a 15-minute ride away. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasing, adding to our overall experience.

From the cleanliness to the well-maintained amenities, it was clear that they take pride in their accommodations. The location was ideal for us. It was about 20 minutes away from Busch Gardens, making it convenient for our visit to the theme park. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially when checking guests in for breakfast. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed.

The Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center was conveniently located, making it easy for me to get to and from the hotel. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment during my visit. The free WiFi and daily continental breakfast were great amenities that added to the overall positive experience.

Upon entering the room, I had to wipe down the bathroom before settling in due to some dirt or substance on the wall, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. one of the lamps didn't work, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel near the Coliseum was convenient. The front desk area was nice and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok with Starbucks coffee available which was a plus.

The room cleaning service was poor.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Hampton for a weekend getaway. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, from the managers to the younger employees. The room was pleasantly furnished and exceptionally clean. I loved that the breakfasts were individually packaged for safety. The hotel's location near various amenities was convenient, with fast food options, gas stations, and even a tire repair place nearby. The proximity to highway access made it easy to explore both DC and the DelMarVa peninsula. a tremendous stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with the Coliseum just a five-minute walk away. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a two-minute drive from the hotel. We found this hotel easily accessible to Williamsburg as well.
