The location is excellent and the building is beautiful.

The room had no coffee facilities and was a bit dated.

The views from the top of the building under construction nearby were absolutely stunning. My morning coffee never tasted better as I took in the breathtaking cityscape spread out before me. The lobby's painted ceiling and sparkling chandeliers added a touch of grandeur to my stay, making me feel like a character in a historical novel. The modern business center and spa services were a welcome surprise, offering relaxation and convenience right at the hotel. The dining options were also top-notch, with Potter's bar serving up delicious casual fare that hit the spot after a day of exploring Chicago.

It was somewhat disappointing that Wi-Fi access required enrollment in the Hilton Honors program.

It was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying nature. Lastly, the room size was spacious, providing enough space to move around comfortably.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities that I expected. the wardrobe in the room was small, making it challenging to store all my belongings.

We decided to stay at this hotel on a friend's recommendation and it was the perfect choice. The location was right in the heart of everything, making it convenient for exploring the city on our birthday trip. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the gym where we were able to join a group yoga session on Saturday morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

We absolutely loved the old world feel of The Palmer House. The lobby is beautifully restored and the perfect place to relax with a drink. The location near the Art Institute was heaven for us. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, and always went the extra mile to assist us. The room was spotlessly clean and we were pleasantly surprised to receive free wifi for joining the loyalty program. a fantastic experience.

The Palmer House is a favorite hotel in Chicago. The lobby is exciting and perfect for meeting friends. Exploring the long corridor to the room and the black and white portraits of celebrities is fabulous. Lunch and service were great, and the staff was courteous. The location and design of the hotel are spectacular. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent for the museums I wanted to visit, making it an ideal choice for cultural escapes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to amazing shopping and hangout spots was a major plus. Being just a block away from both the Red and Pink/Brown/Purple Rail stops, and only two blocks from the renowned Art Institute, I found it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

I recently stayed at the historic Palmer House in Chicago for a 4-night visit. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and accessing trains. The hotel was well-maintained and had a lot of interesting history. The staff at breakfast and in one of the restaurants were busy but pleasant. The second room I stayed in was spacious and extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the in-house Starbucks and the beautiful tub in my room. The bathroom had great lighting, making it easy for me to do my makeup. The staff was friendly and prompt in fixing a lamp that wasn't working. The English chap at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient.
