The hotel's location in the Florence Oregon area was perfect, with easy access to the sand dunes adventures. Parking was convenient, right in front of our room. There was some noise from the front door bell in the mornings and evenings. The prepaid tip for housekeeping was a bit off-putting and our friends' rooms were not cleaned because they didn't pre-tip.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the remotes not working for both TVs, the facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive in trying to resolve the issue. They switched batteries and tried unplugging, but unfortunately, the problem persisted.

We stayed overnight en route home to Canada. The big clean room had 2 rooms with a bedroom and a living/kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room had a cozy electric fireplace and a sofa. The bed linens were clean and pressed, and the bathroom had ample toiletries and towels. The Management added a nice touch by texting a welcome message and thanks for our stay. The location was close to the Sand Dunes and a mile away from the center of town.

The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even better, providing early check-in and promptly delivering all the necessary amenities. We felt like we were camping without pitching a tent!
