The room was so comfortable and cozy with a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, making my stay super convenient as a guest with physical handicaps.

The telephone with voice mail was a bit outdated for my taste, but others might find it useful.

This hotel is fantastic, especially considering the price. The location is perfect for exploring LA, with the Grove and Farmers Market just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the nice toiletries and coffee provided. Plus, having breakfast available next door at the excellent diner was a great perk.

That the doors slammed shut and the hallways weren't carpeted, so it could get a bit noisy at times.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As a person with disabilities, I appreciated the level path to the street for easy accessibility. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The modern rooms had comfortable beds and a lovely view or access to the pool. The location was convenient, with the Farmer's Market and various restaurants within walking distance. The central location allowed for easy driving access to all parts of Los Angeles. The big shower with a nice shower head provided plenty of hot water.

Felt very lucky, as everything was well taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were spacious, neat, and very clean. The hotel is right next to a trendy shopping area called The Grove and near several bus stops, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the restaurant out front, which had great food.

We got great value for our money, the room was modern and nicely renovated. The location was perfect for walking and using public transport, with attractions like The Grove and La Brai Tar Pits just a few blocks away. The staff, especially Melissa, were lovely and very helpful.

This was our second stay at Park Plaza Lodge, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Grove and Farmers Market. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated having a coffee maker in the room, making it easy to start our mornings off right. The hotel is beautifully updated, with clean and bright rooms. The recessed lights in the ceiling give a modern touch, and the rain showerhead was a luxurious addition. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning to this fantastic hotel.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do on this LA visit. We were near The Grove, a few cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a lovely park. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and clean room that had a floor-to-ceiling window. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel had free parking, which was a huge plus for us since we had a rental car.
