The hotel's secure entrances provided a sense of safety, and the staff were consistently professional and inviting. We appreciated the great customer service, clean rooms, and tasty breakfast. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made our stay even more delightful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to North Star Mall and a helpful shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The service was excellent with friendly, accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the Riverwalk. The facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool and well-equipped fitness center.

One small downside was the elevator which was occasionally slow and could get crowded at peak times.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, right on two of the main highways, which made getting around a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the easy check-in process to the fantastic room service. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service which was free of charge. The room amenities were a nice touch- we had everything we needed, including a microwave and fridge. The free toiletries were also appreciated.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and fountain drinks in the afternoon. It was a nice touch to have a snack and beverage option available to guests. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was only a short drive from the airport. Being in close proximity to the airport made it convenient for me to catch my flight without any stress or hassle.

On the downside, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. When I went down at 9am, there was barely any hot food left and I had to wait for an additional 30 minutes for them to bring out some scrambled eggs, gravy, and biscuits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and the room was very clean. Every time we walked in, it smelled fresh and clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a happy hour and a delicious breakfast. The staff was always ready to replenish anything that was empty. The location was perfect, close to everything and very comfortable, especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to the airport, which was convenient. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location.
