The Lodge is well-situated with restaurants nearby, quiet room, good breakfast, friendly staff, accommodating service, spacious and clean rooms.

We had a fantastic family trip to Wellsboro and stayed at the lovely Penn Wells Lodge. The lobby, pool, and breakfast facilities were all impressive. The pool area provided everything we needed, from fluffy towels to water wings for the kids. The breakfast selection was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff at both the pool and breakfast area were friendly and helpful. The location of the lodge was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the convenience of having two chairs. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

One downside was that the pool and hot tub area were not up to par. The pool was too cold for a enjoyable swim, and the hot tub was in need of some remodeling and better maintenance.

Spent Christmas at this quaint lodge - what a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel special. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. We loved the spacious room with comfortable chairs to relax in. The lobby and lodge area were beautifully renovated, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Although the motel part of the lodge was a bit dated, the excellent service from the staff made up for it. The toilet in our room didn't always work properly, which was a minor inconvenience.

During our road trip through PA/NY, we had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel. The staff at Penn Wells Lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to find milk for our morning cuppa, which as Brits, we really appreciated. The room we booked was the best one we had during our entire trip, with comfortable beds and a great coffee machine. We didn't get a chance to try the pool, but everything else about the hotel was clean and well-maintained. a fantastic stay that we would definitely repeat.
