Had a grand time here. The staff were dead on, so friendly! Loved the fireplace suite—really cozy for a chilly night. Only downside was the pillows, a bit flat for me head. Overall, a mighty stay, and I'll be back for sure!

I faced significant issues while staying at the hotel. On our last day, we came back to find our room hadn't been cleaned at all, which was really disappointing. The cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed, as we had to hunt them down multiple times just to get fresh towels. As a paying guest, I expected better service and attention to basic hospitality routines.

The room was super comfy with a kitchenette, fireplace, and a private bathroom. Loved the heated pool and hot tub! Breakfast was hot with scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff was so helpful. The gym was clean and had great equipment. Overall, really nice facilities for unwinding after hiking.

Big shoutout to the staff! They were so friendly and welcoming, making brekkie with their fresh blueberry muffins every morning a lekker start to the day. Plus, loved the spacious, clean room and the indoor pool was a real highlight after a day out. Chilled vibes all around!

The brekkie could be more varied, maybe some bacon next time? Just a thought!
