The heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee service was inconsistent. both needed significant improvement.

Absolutely loved my visit! ! So inviting and accommodating, such a friendly team at the front desk to ease our worries during a rain delay.

We enjoyed our stay as part of a family trip to Florida. The kids had a great time at the pool area, which was relaxing after a day spent visiting nearby attractions like Rapids Water Park. Our room was clean and comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff was organized and friendly, which made check-in smooth despite some hiccups with availability. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good location for a family getaway.

The hotel offers a decent size room and a good night's sleep, but the decor feels tired and the bathroom could use updates. There were some cleanliness issues, notably with bugs, which was concerning. It's suitable for a short stay, especially due to its convenient location near shopping areas and attractions.

Chur, the rooms were clean and the pool was nice, but the limited breakfast options and weak Wi-Fi were pretty disappointing. Overall, not too bad though!

The heated pool provided a delightful spot for my family to unwind and enjoy together. Our King Suite with a sofa bed was spacious, accommodating everyone with ease. Plus, the complimentary warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived!

The shower was wicked nice, and the check-in was a breeze—no long waits like some places. Loved chillin’ in the courtyard, perfect spot to relax after a long day. Just wish the breakfast wasn’t extra, felt a bit off.

Good size room, clean and functional facilities, very good experience overall, comfy beds and a pleasant atmosphere. Loved the pool area and convenient access to the beach is a total plus!

The elevator situation could be better!!! Being stuck waiting for an elevator is not ideal!!! The upkeep of facilities shows signs of neglect!!! Coffee areas were lacking, and proper trash bins were scarce!!!

The staff was super friendly and really helped with check-in. Beds were comfy, and the pool area was nice after a long day. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, too.

But the breakfast options were limited and charges felt a bit misleading. Improved cleanliness in the rooms is definitely needed.
