The spacious Deluxe King Room exceeded expectations, with a bright ambiance and cleanliness that stood out. Location proved advantageous, within walking distance to Times Square and eateries, making it convenient for sightseeing. A complimentary mobile phone for tourists was a pleasant surprise, providing valuable city guide information. Enjoying yogurt at breakfast was a delightful touch that enhanced the overall experience.

The maintenance required is glaring—malfunctioning air conditioning, and unreliable TV service!!! Hidden fees came as a surprise during checkout. Communication with staff needs improvement!!! Clearly, a hotel with charm but many areas to enhance!!!

Wi-Fi needs improvement, but large room and great location make this hotel a solid choice!

The room was HUGE,, I was shocked when I saw it. I asked for extra towels, and they brought them up super quick, even during busy times. The coffee machine was there waiting for me,, and it made my mornings way better.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for what we got,, it was worth it.

The location is quiet and just a short stroll to eateries and the subway, making it super convenient. Staff were accommodating and always ready to help, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, there was a shortage of towels that needed to be requested daily, and the Wi-Fi could be improved for better connectivity.

The location was superb! Just a short stroll to Grand Central. my room was well-maintained and the fast elevator was a nice touch.

Despite the friendly staff, I encountered communication issues regarding additional charges, and the wi-fi service left much to be desired.

The room was spacious and very clean , with an awesome bathroom setup. Loved that they helped us with our luggage when we arrived early. Only a short walk from Grand Central Station which was super handy!

tuscany by luxurban was a fantastic spot! the rooms were really comfy, and i loved how close it was to grand central. having access to free coffee in the lobby was a great perk that started my mornings off right. every staff member was friendly and ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
