We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing top-notch hospitality. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. The hotel was recently renovated and looked absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was responsive to our requests for maintenance and housekeeping. Conveniently attached to the convention center and located close to everything in the 4th StLive area, it was the perfect location for us.

The hotel also had a nice-sized mini fridge, which was convenient for ordering delivery. Every request I made was promptly honored, from maid service to bellmen assistance. The hotel's second floor provided cozy spaces for gathering with colleagues. The convenient access to the convention center via the Pedway made attending meetings a breeze. Room service was efficient and friendly, although the selection could be improved.

I had a great experience staying at this luxury hotel. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location is perfect, tucked away from the busy streets and yet still in the heart of downtown. The room was comfy with ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea/coffee amenities for my convenience. I also appreciated the happy hour and the wide variety of room amenities provided. I was able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers and take advantage of the laundry and wake up services.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently stayed at the Louisville Marriott Downtown for a couple of nights to test out the bed before purchasing one. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and I'm happy to say it's a done deal! Additionally, the young man at the front desk, Isiah, was very helpful and kind. I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown for a dance convention and it was a fantastic experience! The valet/doormen were amazing and kept our bicycles safe while we explored the city. The pool was clean and inviting, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The manager on nights went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing a roll away bed for our kids. The staff, from the valet to the bell hops, were friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee in the lobby and the on-site Starbucks were great perks. the hospitality and comfort at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay. It was close to some great restaurants and activities, making it convenient to explore the city. the staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the room renovations, especially the addition of hardwood floors. It gave the room a clean and modern look. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for the holidays.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved. the front desk staff could have been more attentive and focused on their job.

The hotel we stayed in was conveniently located to get to local attractions as well as restaurants, and the staff were very helpful in getting us a cab. Additionally, it was close to all the action downtown which was a plus. The rooms were nicely renovated and had hardwood floors which gave them a clean appearance.

One negative aspect was that some guests had issues with their reservations being canceled without notice, which caused some inconvenience and frustration.
