The children had a blast with the live music and disco, while the adults appreciated the well-equipped gym and the relaxing hot tub and sauna. It was a fantastic experience for the whole family!

My wife says that it would be better if the Kids Club had longer opening hours to accommodate children's energy levels throughout the day.

I always choose this place for my stay. The friendly staff and clean rooms make me feel at home. They even helped me find a taxi once. With Wi-Fi, room service, and a variety of amenities, it suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The room at Grand Hyatt was great; it was cleaned and spacious, with beautiful traditional Arabic touches. The foreign staff was excellent, making my stay comfortable and welcoming.

Breakfast was very chaotic and not well arranged. Difficult to know where to find stuff and some disagreements between staff at the coffee and pancake counter is not something visitors should have to see.

During my transit in Dubai, the convenience of Grand Hyatt Dubai's location was unparalleled. Situated just 0.6 km from Dubai Healthcare City, it provided a seamless and efficient stay for my short visit. The hotel's close proximity to Financial Centre at 10 km and Dubai at 20 km, made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover.

The ambiance was marred by disruptive and uncontrollable children, which detracted from the otherwise exquisite atmosphere. This minor disturbance affected our special occasion and detracted from an otherwise exceptional stay.

The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to many city attractions. It's a short distance away from the beaches, but The Market Place nearby has plenty to offer. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the bathroom facilities are top notch. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff provides excellent service to guests. Moreover, there's a water park in the pool, and the gym is equipped with the latest technology.

One downside is that there were some issues with payment processing, which may have caused trouble for some guests.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic - we got a great deal and even had breakfast and dinner included! I was disappointed with the breakfast options. the main restaurant was always crowded and the alternative buffet upstairs was a letdown.

Positive aspects of the stay were the fantastic pool area, attentive and friendly staff, convenient location near the Wafi mall, and easy access to popular attractions like Burj Khalifa and the marina.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the lobby, corridors, and pool area. the food was delicious and the service provided by the breakfast and dinner staff was excellent. the property had all the amenities we needed, including multiple restaurants and cafes, a kids' club, and beautiful outdoor garden areas. It was a great location for families, with spacious rooms and a variety of facilities both indoors and outdoors.

The only downside was that the kids' club had an additional charge. We were under the impression that it would be complimentary for hotel guests or at least have a limited free access time.

I loved everything about this hotel. The different restaurants offered delicious food and the pool was fantastic. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with our 3-year-old. The hotel itself is breathtaking and one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. If I return to this city, I would definitely choose this hotel for a business trip or a kid-free vacation.

Ahasees Spa and Club is a wellness and fitness center with pools, saunas, and tennis courts. The atrium with a tropical garden is a sight to behold. Watching the chefs in the open kitchens is entertaining. Dining on the terraces is delightful.

Just loved how the staff couldn't compromise on a simple breakfast issue. So helpful!
