For us it was ideal.

We stayed in a cozy cabin in November, loved the distance to restaurants and hiking trails. Cable TV worked great for football! Even though there was limited cell service, it was a nice way to disconnect. we had a wonderful experience at the Lodge.

The lodge had comfy beds, well-equipped bathrooms, and great sheets. The owners were friendly and provided helpful information. The continental breakfast was delicious. The property had hammocks and helpful amenities like dvds and books.

Couldn't stay longer.

The cabin we stayed in was quaint and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. The location was convenient for exploring nearby towns and hiking trails. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the cabin, which allowed us to cook our own meals.

The noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome, especially during the evenings. Additionally, the walk to the downtown area was not as safe or walkable as we had hoped, as it was on the highway.

We had a wonderful time at the Lodge! The walls in our room were made of real knotty-pine, giving it a cozy and rustic feel. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. We also appreciated the reading lights by the beds and the high-quality DVD library in the office. The free coffee and basic breakfast options in the morning were a nice touch. it was a great value for the price and we would definitely recommend this place to others.
