The hotel's location was convenient with plenty of restaurant and boutique options nearby. The gym had a great assortment of machines and the rooms were recently renovated and spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The personalized welcome screen on the TV made our stay feel extra special. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillow options. The breakfast was promptly replenished and the staff was accommodating. The pool was heated and had tables and chairs for relaxation. The hotel's proximity to transportation options made it easy to explore the area.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my business trip a pleasant experience. the location was great, just off the interstate and close to downtown Cortland. I also appreciated the fact that there were other restaurants in the immediate area for convenience.

The breakfast options were limited and not fresh. There were issues with the fire alarm and ripped duvet. However, the room was nicely furnished compared to others at a similar price point in the area. The staff were friendly and provided free water for my road trip. Gabrielle at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating with our reservations. The breakfast staff were also excellent and the fireplace was a nice touch. I would consider staying here again if I return to the area in the future.

The staff were quick to assist when we had trouble with the TV remote and brought us plenty of extra pillows. We enjoyed the good breakfast options each morning. we had a comfortable stay at a great value.
