The owner goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience, including accommodating special requests and allowing early check-in for tired hikers.

One downside is that the hotel's website falsely advertised a hot tub, which was no longer available on the property.

During our recent trip to Manitou Springs, we had a great experience staying at a cozy inn. The inn was conveniently located just a block away from the charming downtown area, making it easy for us to explore the local shops and restaurants on foot. The room we stayed in was reasonably priced and had two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. We appreciated the amenities provided, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated decor and lack of soundproofing, we found the overall stay comfortable and clean. The owners of the inn were very hospitable and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
