We had a once in a lifetime experience staying at this hotel and walking on the glacier. The views overlooking the glacier were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were modern and the room decor was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the hotel offering a complimentary afternoon cocktail that we enjoyed while taking in the awesome view. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We got great value for our money at the Glacier View Lodge. The room was modern, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The location right across from the Athabasca Glacier was stunning, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Athabasca Glacier. The hotel was not crowded, so it was pleasantly quiet. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even preparing a delicious dinner for us when we arrived late. The convenience of being able to buy bus tours to the glacier in the same building was a great advantage. The souvenir shop being located in the same building was also very convenient for us.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights while exploring the Rockies. The view from the lobby was stunning, and I loved the small details like the essential oils and Rocky Mountain Soap products. The chef's sweet potato chips were a delicious surprise. The room was spacious with a mezzanine floor and comfortable seating area. The restaurant, although a bit pricey, had great food and service. The location was perfect for visiting the glacier and Skywalk.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at a unique hotel. the location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of the glacier. the rooms were huge and very clean, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. One of the best aspects was the complimentary coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch.

One of the worst aspects was the limited dining options in the evening, as there was only one restaurant available. the food was good, but the selection was limited and the prices were quite high.

This hotel offers a truly impressive experience. The staff, especially Duncan and Kelsey, were friendly and informative, providing a warm welcome. The rooms with their magnificent views of the Athabasca Glacier are breathtaking. The inclusive package, with a lovely champagne and juniper berry cocktail and a fantastic charcuterie, is a highlight. The location, right on the glacier, is unbeatable.

The hotel's location offers incredible views of a nearby glacier from the lounge area, making for a stunning backdrop. Guests can enjoy coffee and hot chocolate in the cozy lounge as well. The rooms are newly refurbished and offer comfortable beds and beautiful modern details, including wood flooring. The restaurant provides a decent breakfast spread, though the quality is average at best.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel is located in a remote area, with no nearby restaurants or gas stations.

Secondly, the spacious 3-bed loft with mountain views was lovely and perfect for a family trip. Finally, the breakfast was included and it was very tasty! Definitely value for money.

I loved the large bathroom with its upgraded fixtures and spacious counter space. The coffee center in the room was a nice touch, providing a convenient way to make coffee or tea. The lodge being located on the top floor allowed for a peaceful escape from the crowded visitor's center below. The complimentary snacks and drinks at the reception were a pleasant surprise. I had a unique and cozy stay at Glacier View Lodge.

While the location is ideal for visiting the ice fields, there isn't much else around. The dining options were limited to the lodge's own restaurant, which I found to be expensive and the food was overcooked.

I recently stayed at the Glacier View Lodge for a few nights and it was absolutely fantastic! The view of the glacier from the lounge and my room was breathtaking. The rooms were beautifully designed with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. I loved the availability of high quality espresso and hot drinks in the lounge, as well as the evening cocktail reception. The hotel even had board games for guests to enjoy. It truly felt like a relaxing oasis away from the crowded Icefield Discovery Center.
