We loved the spacious and well-managed room with a kitchen, full fridge, two bathrooms, and a dining area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean pools and a nice snack bar by the pool. The location on the beautiful Maui coast in Kaanapali was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets each night. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect for our family. Despite the renovation, the alternate pool was great, and the white sandy beach with cabanas for rent was a bonus. The free laundry and dryers were a pleasant surprise, saving us from having to clean clothes after our vacation. The staff's warm aloha and helpfulness, including the option for transport in SUVs or golf carts, made our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the pools, palm trees, and ocean, especially during stunning sunsets, was simply breathtaking. The variety of activities offered at the hotel kept us entertained, and the hammocks by the beach were a relaxing touch. Additionally, the friendly staff and free toiletries provided in our room made a lasting impression.

The upgrade to an oceanview room was totally worth it! We loved relaxing by the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of crashing waves. The pool security was attentive and made sure no one took our spot or towels. The concierge was helpful in answering our questions and giving us directions on the map. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities and daily activities to keep us entertained during our stay. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with warm aloha. They even provided transportation options for those who needed assistance getting around. the property was excellent, the service was friendly, and the location was convenient.

The breakfast option could use improvement, maybe adding more variety or options to cater to different tastes.

Parking was a major issue with limited spaces and reserved spots for valet. BBQ grills area was often crowded and some guests hogged multiple tables.

The room accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed. the hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, providing easy access to the beautiful white sandy beach. the proximity to whalers village, with its great dining and shopping options, was a fantastic advantage.

The pool area was a bit disappointing as the piped in music was almost non-existent and the service was inconsistent. the food was expensive and there were limited choices after dark.

The room had a large lanai with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the white sandy beach and cabanas for rent. The hotel also offered free laundry facilities, which was a huge plus for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering transportation options for those who needed assistance. We also enjoyed the daily activities and the option to purchase the free toiletries from the onsite shop. a fantastic experience!

Christmas at the resort was a great experience. the grounds were beautifully decorated with festive lights and decorations, creating a nice holiday atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We enjoyed taking walks along the beachwalk and exploring the area. Additionally, the pools were well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the warm weather.

One downside of our stay was the limited dining options available late at night. We arrived late and found that most of the on-site restaurants were closed, so we had to venture out to find something to eat.
