We had an amazing experience at this place. The location right at the BART station in downtown was so convenient and saved us a lot of time. The staff at reception desk was so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the fact that there was wi-fi everywhere, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Hotel Shattuck Plaza for a weekend while we were moving out of our apartment on California St. The location was perfect, right by downtown BART and close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room-service breakfast was on-time and delicious. The facility is nicely renovated and the central stairs were a convenient alternative to the elevator. a great experience with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations during my Christmas stay. the friendly staff made check, in and check, out a breeze. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the pleasant toiletries provided. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Moreover, I was delighted by the delicious food at the restaurant, which offered a variety of gluten, free options.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel was quite expensive, especially considering that breakfast was not included.
