During our recent stay at the hotel, we had a great overall experience. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned in the area. We were able to easily access the hotel from the metro station, which was only a short walk away. The rooms were nice and clean, and we appreciated the good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Despite a few hiccups with the billing and WiFi, the hotel staff was helpful in resolving the issues. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit infused water they had available throughout the day. we would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my check-in procedure quick and easy. The room was attractive, clean, and neatly laid out, despite being a little compact. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked. The bar was a great place to unwind, and checkout was almost instantaneous. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a large mall just a short five-minute stroll down the street. It was also close to many different activities and restaurants in the area. Parking was convenient, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were a major plus. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and attentive staff at this hotel.

The hotel has a clean and comfortable room with nice amenities such as a big flat-screen TV, comfortable beds, and a great shower. The staff provides excellent service and is accommodating to special requests. They offer an inclusive buffet breakfast and even a free shuttle service to downtown. The hotel is conveniently located in the Pleasanton area, close to other restaurants, ample shopping, and just a short distance from the BART station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm, perfect for a relaxing swim. The spa was also a great addition, providing a luxurious and soothing experience. We especially enjoyed the lounge and bar, which stayed open until 11pm, allowing us to unwind and enjoy a few drinks after a long day. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and filled us up for our busy days ahead. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

During our stay at the Pleasanton Marriott, we were impressed with the excellent service and attention to detail. The newly renovated MClub was a great addition, offering 24-hour access to snacks, drinks, and filtered water, in line with their eco-friendly initiatives. The workout room had a good selection of equipment, and the pool was a decent size. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making us feel valued as guests.

We did notice that the elevators were old and noisy, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the overall experience at the hotel was satisfying.
