We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here! The location was very convenient—right next to a grocery store, and close to everything we wanted to see. We loved eating at the hotel restaurant and appreciated the room service as well. The housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the shuttle service and welcome drink. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness centre was definitely a highlight—lovely sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services. We also enjoyed the serene sun terrace and garden furniture.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to everything, including a nearby supermarket and restaurant. There were some issues regarding currency conversion that caused confusion among guests.

The view and the cleanliness of the hotel were the best aspects of our romantic escape. the room had a nice view of the city and the bedsheets seemed fresh. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed more towels.

The coffee maker was hard to use, and the staff took too long to help us. the parking lot was poorly lit and it was hard to see where we were going.

I personally didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the twin room.

The hotel has a luxurious and exclusive Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Massage. the staff provided excellent service and fulfilled our every need, ensuring our stay was relaxed and comfortable. the room advantages were exclusive and impeccable, making for a truly lavish and extravagant experience.

The only minor issue we had was with the private facilities. Although they were exclusive and pristine, we did not have access to beach umbrellas which would have greatly enhanced our experience.
