Amazing views and comfy vibes

This spot has an incredible location with gorgeous lake views. We loved our King Size Suite—it came with a big jet tub and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Super comfy beds too! Only bummer was hearing our neighbors stomp around all night. Still, it was a fab place to chill out!

Despite a few maintenance issues, the helpful staff, especially Amanda at the front desk, made our stay enjoyable. The cozy cottage feel and comfortable bed right by the beach were wonderful. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The stunning views and friendly service outweighed any minor inconveniences.

My friends and I had a blast trying our luck at Turtle Creek Casino, just a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The adrenaline rush from the poker tournaments was insane! And the Cherry Raceway was lit - sled dog races, food pavilion, and a bonfire - we had the time of our lives!

It'd be even better if the hotel had more late-night party options for us young folks.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The location right on the lakefront was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for local dining. The whirlpool tub in the room was a nice addition and made our stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel had some outdated aspects and could use a good cleaning and painting, it didn't hinder our overall experience. We did encounter a couple of issues, like a non-working ceiling light and a malfunctioning jacuzzi tub, but the staff promptly resolved these by providing us with another room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Pointes North Beachfront. The mini kitchenette was a great addition and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The Jacuzzi tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. Although the carpet was a bit dirty, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment of the room. We also appreciated the handwritten note from the room attendant and the reliable WiFi. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed sitting by the beach with the free beach chairs provided. The balcony in our room had a lovely view. Also appreciated the helpful desk staff who gave us great suggestions on places to visit in the area.

Grab & go breakfast included frozen breakfast sandwiches. Rooms had mini-fridge, microwave, and bar sink for simple meals. Early check-in was a bonus. Spacious rooms with beautiful paint colors and everything needed. Breathtaking view of the sunset from the balcony. Nice on-site beach and access to a private beach. a great place to stay with excellent amenities and experiences.

Enjoyed all the sightseeing, wineries, breweries, and festivals in the area. The sugar sand beach at the hotel provided a romantic and private getaway. Loved the relaxing pace of life there.

Who needs cleanliness and proper maintenance when you have a crack in the ceiling, stained carpet, and dirty drapes?

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with thoughtful updates. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the beach was tidied up every morning. the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. the parking was conveniently located just outside the rooms, making it easy to access.

Some aspects could be improved. the towels were worn out, and the breakfast options were limited compared to other continental breakfasts.

As women traveling alone, we loved the lakefront view from our room and the friendly and helpful staff. The proximity to Traverse City and Mount Holiday was also a plus.
