The hotel offered a comfortable stay with thoughtful updates. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the beach was tidied up every morning. the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. the parking was conveniently located just outside the rooms, making it easy to access.

Some aspects could be improved. the towels were worn out, and the breakfast options were limited compared to other continental breakfasts.

We had a great time enjoying the private beach at Pointes North Beachfront. Although there was some construction nearby, the staff made sure we were placed in a unit without any debris so we could fully enjoy the lawn and beach. The location and view were amazing, and our room was much more spacious than we expected. The jetted tub was a nice touch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and offered us helpful suggestions for activities and dining options.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Traverse City area on the shores of Traverse Bay, and I had a great experience. The hotel was close to everything but not in the middle of town, which was perfect for me. The best part was that it was right on the beach, offering a fabulous view of the bay. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which came in handy. Plus, the hotel provided breakfast, so I didn't have to worry about finding a place to eat in the morning. the hotel was a great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

For our Christmas stay at this beachfront resort, we really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and sunset from our balcony. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with a nice beach area where we could relax and a bonfire pit for cozy evenings. Additionally, having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was a convenient advantage.

There were a few aspects that we were not pleased with. the bathroom arrangement was not ideal, with a lack of privacy and a broken whirlpool tub.

My family and I stayed at Pointes North Beachfront Resort for a week and had a fantastic time. The beach was pristine, with groomed sand and clear water perfect for swimming. The balcony in our room offered a breathtaking view of East Grand Traverse Bay. We enjoyed watching the ducks that visited us each morning and evening. The outdoor pool was a great alternative to the beach, and breakfast included frozen sandwiches that we could heat in our room. The room amenities, such as the mini-fridge and microwave, allowed us to easily prepare meals in our room. a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Pointes North Beachfront Resort for a family vacation for a few days. The large rooms and balcony facing the beach were amazing. We left the balcony door open and fell asleep to the soothing sounds of the bay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch, and the view of the ducks, geese, and doves on the water was stunning. The hotel's location right on Lake Michigan was perfect, and the kingsize bed mattress was incredibly comfortable. it was a lovely experience.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any request. The room was much larger than we expected and very well maintained. The bed was also much more comfortable than most hotel beds. The view outside the back door was absolutely beautiful, especially being so close to the beach. The hotel's location was also perfect, as it was close to the city center and other amenities in the Traverse City area.

Everything is what I need and want.
