Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Auburn was great value for our money. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and the location was convenient. The front desk staff, especially Demeisha, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and accommodate our visiting family.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by having stronger coffee. It was too diluted and could benefit from either double brewing or adding more scoops.

Upon check-in, the staff member, Amber, was friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I was pleased to find that the TV had my favorite channels. The bathroom was in good condition, with good water pressure in the shower and plenty of clean towels. While I didn't stay for breakfast, the breakfast area looked inviting with ample seating. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Auburn and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We have stayed in more expensive rooms that weren't as nice as this one.

The noise on the second floor was a bit disruptive, and it took a while for it to quiet down. Also, the coffee at breakfast was too diluted.
