The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, with a complimentary upgrade and assistance in communicating with the airline about our lost luggage. The location was excellent, just around the block from Place de la Concorde and Jardin Tuileries, and a short walk to Champs Elysse. The room was beautifully appointed and well-suited for accessibility. We also enjoyed room service, which was prompt and the tea water was piping hot. we would definitely stay here again.
