The room was spacious and well-equipped with ergonomic fixtures, ample power and network ports. The LED reading lights on both sides of the bed were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's rest. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean, and I felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing that the hotel had taken care of everything. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the places of interest in the city. I didn't even need a car because everything was so close. The hotel staff were also exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the fact that they provided bathrobes and jars for water. this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

The bed was excellent and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast menu had a great selection of delicious options. The staff was very efficient and attended to our needs.

Although we had a few setbacks, including issues with the tub drainage, lack of a pillow topper on the mattress, and a disappointing restaurant experience, the overall stay was pleasant.

Excellent Location and Service

I recently stayed at a hotel in Portland for the annual Holiday Ale Fest at Pioneer Square. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from Pioneer Square and the max. I didn't need to rent a car during my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with the staff being amazing and attentive. I have to give a special shout-out to Ashley, the concierge lounge staff member, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff throughout the hotel were well-trained, friendly, and extremely helpful. One specific instance that impressed me was when we had a meeting in one of the hotel's meeting rooms and the staff brought in a delicious lunch for us. The comfortable seats in the meeting room were a bonus. Although there were some minor issues, such as a charge for internet connection and uncomfortable foam pillows, overall I had a fantastic experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel offered early check-in and late check-out free of charge, which was a great convenience. The room service person was quiet and friendly, and the bar had a knowledgeable and interesting gentleman. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. this hotel was clean, well-managed, and made my visit hassle-free.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The concierge lounge was a great addition, offering a nice weekday breakfast, complimentary soft drinks, coffee and tea all day, as well as happy hour and dessert in the evenings. It provided a peaceful and productive space to work with beautiful views of the city. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, making it easy to explore downtown and access public transportation or freeways. The staff, from valet to the concierge, were consistently attentive and helpful. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Marriott to others.
