Excellent customer service, great room views, and amenities.

Levi at the front desk, who ensured everything about our stay was special. The room was fantastic, but I did find the breakfast options a bit limited. Overall, a pleasant experience worth returning for.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The food options were overpriced, and I found the menu at High Horse disappointingly limited. I expected a more vibrant dining experience, but the comfort of the atmosphere couldn't compensate for the slow service and underwhelming quality of the meals. Overall, I anticipated much better for the price I paid, and I left feeling quite let down.

Location was sweet as! Staff were friendly heaps, especially the valet. Just wish the wifi wasn’t $10 a night, that’s a bit dodgy. Chur, mate!

Proper nice stay, mate! The room was clean as a whistle, and them comfy beds made my night. Just a shambles with the valet parking, took ages to get my motor back. But all in all, decent gaff for a city visit!
