Great location near Pavilion Mall and yummy breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a quick stay. Loved the inviting swimming pool area—ideal for lounging after a long day.

But the check-in was a bit of a circus act—too many clowns, not enough organization! I'd say the WiFi was only good for browsing, not for anything fancy like a Netflix binge.

My family enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff, and the location was perfect for easy access to Pavilion Mall. The kids adored the pool area, and the fitness center was a nice bonus too!

However, the dining experience was a bit off. we often faced delays in service at the café. Also, noise from adjacent rooms was a little disruptive at night.

I love how conveniently located the hotel is! I can easily walk to the nearby Pavilion Mall via the overhead bridge without worrying about traffic. It’s also just a short distance to the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang, which means shopping and sightseeing are just minutes away. My room was spacious and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pool, where I enjoyed soaking up the sun.

The dining area felt a bit cramped during breakfast, especially when it's busy.

The spacious three-bedroom apartment offered enough room for my little one to crawl around happily. Each room having its own toilet was super convenient for family travel! !

Our time spent here was unforgettable. The kids loved the room with a tent and PS4, it made them feel right at home. Also, the welcome DIY cupcake set was a hit! We had so much fun decorating them together, felt like a real family moment.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny for the happy memories.
