The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially Anwar and Devi, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the dining table and chairs and the spacious apartment. The location was perfect, right in the Bukit Bintang shopping district and across from Pavilion mall. It was also conveniently located near the monorail station or Bt Bintang.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel And Residences. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of choices, including a fantastic seafood buffet. The location was perfect, just behind Pavilion Mall and with a convenient linkbridge nearby. The room service menu had a range of delicious options, and our daughter particularly enjoyed the pepperoni pizza. The high floor provided stunning views, and the pool area was a hit with the kids. a fantastic experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of different cuisines, and the food at Sedap Restaurant was simply delicious. The location was ideal, with easy access to malls and the train station. The staff, especially Mustafa and the team from Sedap, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional.

The housekeeping and room service were fast, with my food from room service arriving in just 20 minutes. The bed was heavenly comfortable and I even got an upgrade by paying. The location was great, right beside Pavilion Mall, Convention Center, KLCC Park, and Petronas Towers. The staff, especially Izrin, Hazel, Niza, and Jimmy on Residence Lounge Level 10. the apartment was very nice and comfortable.

It was also conveniently located near the city center and close to attractions like Petronas Twin Towers. The staff were friendly and helpful, with quick response times from housekeeping and room service. The hotel had spacious beds, big bathrooms with great smelling soap and shampoo, and plenty of USB charging ports.

The bathroom was outdated and the bath was quite small. the curtains in the room were not very effective at blocking out the light, requiring extra effort to achieve darkness.
