went out of his way to help organize my transportation throughout my stay. The hotel’s location across from Pavilion Mall was perfect for shopping and dining. The gym and spa services were excellent as well, contributing to a relaxing experience. However, I felt the breakfast could offer more variety.

the check-in process was a tragicomedy, taking nearly an hour while I was offered a drink I didn’t want. absoluteley absurd! the air conditioning was utterly pathetic, waking me at 3am! I completely woudl ve been happy with just one room, instead, it seemed I got served the leftovers. just couldn’t give a good review after all.

My family enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff, and the location was perfect for easy access to Pavilion Mall. The kids adored the pool area, and the fitness center was a nice bonus too!
