During our stay at Le Meridien Saigon, we were impressed with the 24-hour fitness facility. They had a wide range of cardio equipment and weight machines, as well as a separate room for yoga and stretching. The gym was well-maintained and unlike other hotel gyms we've encountered, it was open round the clock. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area next to the gym, which had an infinity pool overlooking the river. The hotel room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a carpeted floor, a luxurious marble bathroom, and comfortable heating and air-conditioning. The room had amenities like a locking safe, bathrobes, a working desk, and a flatscreen TV with plenty of channels. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also impressive with a wide variety of offerings, including delicious pastries and egg items. The hotel employees were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service and amenities. The staff went above and beyond, always available to assist with taxi arrangements and offer help. The gym was impressive with modern equipment. We loved the comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel was clean and the pool and terrace on Level 9 offered an awesome view. The club room was great value, with plenty of food and drink options. There were many restaurants and shops nearby.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were accommodating, the room was luxurious with a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet and gym were excellent, and the location was perfect.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that catered to my every need. the indoor swimming pool and spa center were particularly impressive, offering a wide range of relaxing treatments and exclusive amenities. the infinity pool and sun terrace were perfect for a refreshing dip and soaking up the sunshine. the restaurant served delicious dishes and the in-room breakfast was a real treat.

My only minor issue was the slow service at the poolside snack bar. this was easily rectified by visiting the bar/lounge area instead.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms. the staff was great and clearly well-trained. We enjoyed the service and amenities offered such as the happy hour with plenty of food and drink options, as well as the lovely view of the river. the buffet breakfast had lots of choices and we loved the fresh fruit and exotic juices. the hotel's overall qualities during snacks and breakfast were good with friendly staff always on hand.

The location of the hotel was not very strategic in terms of finding places to eat, shop, or wander around. This was especially challenging during the new year.
