found dirty clothes in the couch bed, and not enough toilet paper. had to fetch my own bedding for the sofa bed, just what you want in a supposedly 'luxury' suite. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade for the troubles but instead just got treated like any regular guest. disappointing!
