We got excellent value for our money at the hotel, with beautiful rooms and well-kept grounds. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could have been better.

Great amenities for families, especially the family pool and the activity center. Spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate a family of four. the resort is beautiful, with a stunning property and golf course.

The price is overpriced for what you get. At over $400/night, expectations were higher.

Comfortable room, fresh cookies, water, coffee beans, spacious bath. Borrowed bicycles, explored lava tubes, beautiful golf course. Magnificent mountain view. Friendly staff. Quality furniture, feather bedding, comfortable mattress, large vaulted rooms, perfectly placed fireplace. Gated property, private oasis in nature.

The setting of the resort was absolutely stunning, with beautiful and picturesque views all around. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. the customer service was outstanding. the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries. the facilities were top-notch, offering a range of amenities to cater to different interests. Whether it was the spa for some pampering, the golf course for sports enthusiasts, or the pool area for a refreshing swim, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The location of the resort wasn't ideal. It was quite far from the main town and attractions, making it a bit inconvenient to explore the area or access nearby amenities.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The pools were gorgeous and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Our room had a magnificent view of the mountains and was very comfortable. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the availability of amenities like fresh cookies, water in the fridge, and a coffee grinder. The restaurant/bar setting was among the best we have ever seen, providing a fantastic dining experience.

The intimate NYE wedding ceremony and reception were held in a gorgeous winter setting at Pronghorn, and it was absolutely perfect. The space provided for the ceremony, cocktails, seated dinner, and party was amazing. The food was SO good, with menu options for both adults and kids. Planning the event with Lauren was a breeze, from the initial meeting to the actual wedding day. The Pronghorn team was a great partner in making the entire weekend amazing for the bride, groom, and all the guests. I would absolutely recommend this resort.

The golfing experience was great, with friendly and knowledgeable fore caddies who gave me valuable information about the area. The room was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like fresh cookies, water in the fridge, and a coffee grinder for a real coffee experience. The spacious bathroom and cozy fireplace were perfect after a chilly night. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities and restaurant, but I will definitely come back for a leisurely stay.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. the delicious food in the restaurant added to the enjoyment of our stay.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow at times, making us wait longer than expected for our meals. Additionally, the wine selection was limited and overpriced, which was disappointing.

The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Bicycles were available to explore the property. Well-thought-out layout of the lots. Lava tubes were interesting. Golf course walk in the evening was spectacular. Excellent service.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The beautiful scenery, well-maintained accommodations, and friendly staff made my stay unforgettable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with cozy gas fireplaces in the rooms and a fantastic outdoor fire pit. The hot tubs and clubhouse were also excellent amenities that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location in Central Oregon was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the stunning surroundings at a great price.

The feather bedding and comfortable mattress made for a great night's sleep. The location of the fireplace near the bed was perfect, and we loved being able to control it from the comfort of the bed. The gated property provided a private and intimate atmosphere, surrounded by nature away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, and the facilities, including the pools, were gorgeous and well-maintained.
