Excellent service in the concierge lounge!

We had the pleasure of visiting the concierge lounge during our stay at this wonderful hotel. Leigha, Suzanna, and Nate provided exceptional service, making us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us a warm welcome every time. It truly enhanced our stay and made it the best part of our experience at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for their phenomenal service in the concierge lounge!

The hotel is a fantastic value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is just near downtown, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms with two queen-sized beds on the highest level were nicely renovated and had a decent view. Also, the breakfast with multiple options included in the rate was a huge plus.

We had an amazing stay near the train station which was very convenient. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service giving easy access to Indian park, home to the best fireworks show. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. The staff was accommodating, providing incredible room service and an extensive breakfast buffet, perfect for a long day ahead. Additionally, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the bar by the pool.

It's a shame that the full-service restaurant had poor service, which was not a good way to start the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything in this city. I especially loved how close it was to the Federal Hill neighborhood. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi area. The pool and spa were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience. The staff at this hotel were the best I've seen in years. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered free parking, wi-fi, and a shuttle. The room was comfortable and attractive. The indoor-outdoor pool was snazzy with a bar. The staff was fantastic and the front desk clerks were very pleasant.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with ample lighting. Courteous and helpful dining staff. Strong and absorbent towels and lovely toiletries. Plenty of storage space and outlets for personal convenience. a great experience!

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and has spacious rooms. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including made, to, order waffles and omelets. the staff at the front desk were excellent and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The check, in process was frustrating as our room was not ready on time, despite doing a mobile check, in. There was also noise from construction in the early morning, which disrupted our sleep.

Marriott nails every aspect of a hotel stay, from the comfortable beds to the excellent staff. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options. The free shuttle to Downtown Providence was also a big plus. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this place is simply perfect - it is easily accessible and convenient from the highway. I was also pleased to find out that they offer free parking, which was a big bonus.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown for a weekend getaway. The staff were professional and pleasant, providing excellent customer service. The rooms, though in need of renovation, were clean. The highlight was the outstanding breakfast with fresh eggs, fruit, and granola. The pool, although heavily chlorinated, was enjoyable. The location, along with the pool, bar, and restaurant, was perfect. Parking was easy and free.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the modern and comfortable rooms were perfect for a cozy holiday stay. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family. We especially loved the convenient location near the water fire and the downtown bars. Plus, the ample parking was a huge bonus.

The only downside was the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast. We expected this amenity, as we have encountered it in other hotels.
