I was shocked that it wasn't addressed immediately, given the poor quality. to top it off, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles but not even a chocolate on the pillow! absolutely rude service. I almost woudl ve been able to give 5 stars but just couldn't.

Parking here is a bit of a money pit, costing $32 a day, which is less than ideal for hotel guests. The room I got was on the older side and had some cleanliness issues, like mold around the shower and a tub that didn't drain properly. Hot water was inconsistent too. it went lukewarm when I really needed it hot. The pool area was crowded, making it hard to find a spot to relax without kids splashing around like they were in a space battle.

The area offers fantastic biking trails, perfect for outdoor fun with the family. Our two teenagers really enjoyed exploring the surroundings and getting some fresh air. It was a nice break from being indoors at the hotel.

My kids wished for better maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. I still remember my first stay when the staff kindly directed me to where I needed to go. I recommend trying the omelette stand for breakfast! I’m coming back for a new year.
