The staff at Provident Grand were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. The apartment we stayed in exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable space for us to relax. The location of the property was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had a great experience at Provident Grand Luxury Short-Term Residences and would highly recommend it to others.

Convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores made our city break hassle-free. The property had excellent amenities such as washing machine, dryer, and the property was safe to stay. Enough amount of towels and parking were provided in this spacious property. Lovely decoration made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The spacious sitting and dining area made our family's stay even more pleasant.

The swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance work while we were there, but we were able to use another hotel's pool. The elevator was out of order on the day we had to leave, which was very inconvenient.

We loved the first unit we stayed in at the beginning of our stay. It was beautiful, clean, and felt very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed in the unit was also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One negative aspect was the inconvenience of having to switch units multiple times during our stay.
