Hotel breakfast could be improved with better early setup.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly, it was like staying with friends! The room was clean and met all of our needs, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! The breakfast area was always spotless and we loved chatting with the staff while enjoying our meal. Thanks for a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at Quality Inn in Knoxville was fantastic! We stayed for a couple of nights for a quick getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and the Alcoa Maryville greenway trail for enjoyable walks. The beds were brand new and incredibly comfortable. Brad, the staff member, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We've stayed at this hotel before and always enjoy our time there. It's centrally located and reasonably priced, making it a great option for anyone visiting the area. Additionally, the hotel is near the airport, and Uber rides are only around $6. A pleasant surprise was the walking and jogging Greenway nearby, providing a lovely outdoor space for exercise.

the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even going as far as running around to get us towels and toilet paper with a smile. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast served was delicious. I also appreciated that the smoke alarms were in working order. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a separate sink from the bath, which was very convenient. the staff was friendly and even helped us find nearby shopping options.

Close to Maryville at a good price. Rooms equipped with refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, alarm clock, telephone, and TV. Good breakfast with Belgium waffles, eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, cream beef. The pool was small but enjoyable.

Shower had hygiene issues. Some areas in the bathroom were not visually appealing.

Had a blast catching shows at the nearby theatres, enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, and appreciated the amenities provided by the friendly staff.

Couldn't stop laughing at the "stain artwork" in the bathtub. Quite the artistic touch.

As longer term business travellers, we found the room to be quiet and clean, with plenty of space. The TV was a good size and there were ample outlets for charging our devices. The comfy bed, microwave, and fridge were convenient amenities.

Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport and nearby restaurants. The vending machine area provided easy access to snacks and drinks, which was perfect for our late-night cravings. the hotel was situated in a great spot for our motorcycle riding activities, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

There were some cleanliness issues upon arrival. One guest had to request toilet paper and change the bedding due to hair on the bed.

We had a great experience at Quality Inn. the staff was friendly and helped us find local shopping. the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were efficient and friendly. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Quality Inn in Alcoa. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The breakfast provided was also delicious. The hotel's location near a small lake and greenway added to the overall ambiance of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Convenient location, centralized and close to amenities like groceries, gas, and restaurants. Walking distance to the Alcoa Maryville greenway trail. New and comfortable beds. Clean and comfortable rooms. Limited breakfast but was aware beforehand.

This hotel is in an excellent location with restaurants and shopping nearby. It feels safe and is easy to find. The complimentary breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is huge and well-lit.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.
